How Important Is Breast Feeding For Infants



Breast feeding for infants is very crucial for the child to grow both physically and mentally. However, in today’s busy schedules and fast paced; life and on top of it shortening maternity period, refrains mom’s and  often breast milk pump breast feeding is avoided by moms due to their work pressures.

On the other hand even doctors state that mother’s milk is the best for the baby, it is the best nutrition for infants and they should only be given mother’s milk at least till 6 months. Mother’s milk has the right content of protein, sugar and fats. Breast milk is very easily digested by babies and gives them immunity against bottle warmer various diseases. Breast milk has potassium, sodium, and water in required quantity. The first secretion from breast is known as colostrums and this contains antibodies, this milk is very crucial for baby and should not be discarded.

Babies should be given breast milk as soon as they are born and if possible should be breast fed for at least a year so that they become strong and they get all nutrition’s required. Also, the bond between babies and mother increases johnson and johnson when a mother breast feeds her baby babies who drink mother’s milk are less likely to fall ill than other kids who drink outside milk like bottle. One reason being bottle milk is hard to digest so babies might face stomach ache and other problems. 

Breast feeding is the most important aspect in child care so do not refrain from breast feeding your kid due to your schedules and your work. Observing the importance of motherhood and breast feeding many companies provides baby safety extended maternity leaves for female employees who work. So, take advantage of the leave and breast feed your kid. Kids should be breast fed very frequently sometimes in every hour or more than that.
